I had this yummy, filling and healthy smoothie for breakfast the other day. It kept me full and energized the whole morning! Here is the recipe for you all. Super simple, easy and makes a great breakfast or snack.
Berry Delicious Protein Smoothie
8 oz. nonfat milk or almond milk
2 scoops Vanilla Protein
5 large frozen Strawberries
1/4 cup frozen Blueberries
dash of cinnamon
(optional) 4 ice cubes
Blend until creamy.
I love to use fresh strawberries/blueberries when in season.
