Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothee

I love fall with it’s colors and smells.  Especially pumpkin.

I drink a protein shake every morning and this is my current favorite.

Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

  • 8 oz non-fat milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp canned organic pumpkin
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 4 – 6 ice cubes

     Blend until creamy.

YUM!
