I love fall with it’s colors and smells. Especially pumpkin.
I drink a protein shake every morning and this is my current favorite.
Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
2 scoops vanilla protein
8 oz non-fat milk or almond milk
2 tbsp canned organic pumpkin
½ tsp pumpkin spice
Dash of vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
4 – 6 ice cubes
Blend until creamy.
