Smashed Avocado and Tomato Toast is Easy, Yummy and Healthy

This has become my most favorite healthy snack option and is SO easy to make.

Avocados are a simple healthy swap to use instead of butter on your toast because they are rich in vitamin A, C, E, K, fiber, iron and healthy monounsaturated fats.


Plus it’s yummy!

Here is what you do to make this awesome goodness:

Smashed Avocado and Tomato Toast

  • toast 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
  • top with 1/2 an avocado, smashed
  • place sliced tomato on top of that
  • sprinkle with salt
  • eat and enjoy!

Yesterday I tried it with smashed avocado and a fried egg on top for lunch. Delicious!
