Here is another of my favorite morning smoothee recipes. This one totally reminds me of summer! It’s super easy to make and each serving has 24 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber and 23 vitamins and minerals. Super packed to keep you full all morning.
Strawberry Lemonade Smoothee
2 scoops strawberry protein powder
6 oz. nonfat milk or light soy milk
2 oz. natural lemonade
Ice as desired
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a blender until frothy.
